How long does shipping take for large outdoor structures?
Due to their size, our swing sets and gazebos ship via LTL freight. Standard delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a call from the carrier to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While our products are designed for DIY assembly with detailed manuals, we partner with nationwide assembly services. You can select 'Professional Installation' at checkout to have a certified team set up your structure for you.
What is your return policy for outdoor furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the weight and logistics of these products, return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our structures come with a limited 5-year warranty on wood components against rot and decay, and a 1-year warranty on all accessories, slides, and canopy fabrics.
What kind of maintenance is required for the wood?
To maintain the beauty and integrity of the wood, we recommend applying a water-based sealant or stain once a year. This prevents UV fading and ensures your investment lasts for decades.
