We want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living space, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all swing sets, gazebos, and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of our structures, return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Item
Disassemble the product if necessary and secure it in its original crates or packaging to ensure safe transit and prevent damage during the return journey.
Schedule the Pickup
For oversized items like gazebos and swing sets, we will coordinate with a freight carrier to schedule a convenient curbside pickup at your location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for completeness and condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
